Welcome to the Blue Knights® Nova Scotia 1 Web Site
The Blue Knights® Nova Scotia 1 chapter (BKNS1) was organized by a small group of motorcycling Halifax Police Dept. peace officers, who in June 1978 went to Blue Knights® International Headquarters in Brewer, Maine and received the charter for the new chapter.
The Nova Scotia 1 Chapter supports the Blue Knights'® aim of promoting a healthier attitude toward motorcycling, and raising funds for worthwhile charities. The Blue Knights® are particularly interested in the welfare of children.
All BKNS1 members are either active or retired peace officers in Canada or affiliated by friendship with a Canadian law enforcement agency.
